With this motivation, here is a consolidation of the same in a PDF format (freely downloadable - link given below) for easy reference.

It is more or less like a parayana grantha (of course in English). It is useful not only during Adhikamaasa but also for daily manana/chintana of ParamaAtma.

I am sure the contents would be useful to the novice in understanding the glory of Hari Sarvottama Lord Vishnu.
