First one during Swayabhuva Manvanthara when Aadi-Hiranyaaksha was killed by Lord Vishnu in Aadi Varaha roopa and second one was in Chakshusa Manvanthara when Hiranyaaksha was born as son of Kashyapa Prajapati and Diti.
