Spiritual relationship between Simhachalam & Mantralayam (in the context of Akshaya Thruteeya)
Sri GuruRaajo Vijayate
There was a query at my Twitter handle https://twitter.com/bhargavasarma
Q. I see chandanam is offered
to Raghavendra swamy in Mantralayam. Is there any relationship between Simhachalam
and Mantralayam. (in the context of Akshaya Thruteeya)
A. My answer...
According to Kshethra
Mahaatmya, #Simhachalam temple is believed to be in existence
since the days of Krutha Yuga. This unique and combined form of Lord Vishnu’s
two incarnations’ viz. VaraAha and Naarasimha (both belonging to Krutha Yuga) got
manifested at this place,
as per prayers &
request (wanted to have darshan of Vishnu’s dual avatharas) of #Prahlada for whose sake Lord #Vishnu incarnated as #Narasimha. According to Sthalapuraana, Prahlada was
the first person to construct a temple for the Deity and conduct rituals at
Simhachalam.
Mantralaya GuruSaarvabhouma Sri #RaaghavendraSwamy is an incarnation of #Parhlada.
Even otherwise Shastra
says, on the day of Akshaya Thruteeya Lord Vishnu to be worshipped with Gandha
lepana seva. In the mandate of Vishnu pooja, His parivaara (Devatas) are also
worshipped as per Taratamya.
Sri Raghavendra Swamy
is an incarnation of Shankukarana (Prahlada-Bahleeka - VyasarRajaru -
Raghavendra Swamy) a parivaara devata of Lord Vishnu. Not only at Mantralayam,
all His Brundavanas across the world would be adorned with Gandhalepana seva.
Moreover, Sri
Raghavendra Swamy Brundavanam at Mantralayam is a unique one, where, there is
visesha sannidhana of the Supreme God Hari Sarvottama in the form of... >
Rama, Krishna, NaraHari, VedaVyasa, > Sri Madhvacharya along with > Sri
GuruRaayaru; Therefore, worshiping, adoring Sri Raghavendra Swamy of #Mantralayam, all Deities mentioned gets pleased. There
is no doubt about it.
Sri GuruRayaru is an
instrument chosen by all DEvatas to bless and fulfill the wishes of devotees.
