Moksha Saadhana...

Dasami, Ekaadasi, Dwaadasi (DinaThraya); Sri Krushna Ashtami, Sravana Dwadasi (Sravanopavasa) are Parva-dinas.

Aacharana of all these as per norms is oriented towards mitigating sins 👉 spiritual tool for moksha saadhana.

WHAT IS SRAVANOPAVASA - HOW TO RECKON IT?

Sravanopavasa is traditionally reckoned when Sravana nakshatra coincides with a Dwaadasi thithi. Generally this coincidence occurs in Bhadrapada and Phalguna months. Sacred maxims recommend fasting on this day resulting in a consecutive two day fast (Ekaadasi followed by Dwaadasi).

HOW TO RECKON SRAVANOPAVASA?

On the elected day...

Both, Dwadasi thithi & Sravana Nakshathra should be Udaya Vyaapini (at the time of Sunrise) extending till afternoon (Madhyahnna vyaapini).

Pramaana of Dwadasi & Sravana nakshatra should be less than 59.33 Ghatis.

EkaAdasi should not have Dasami Vedha.

On the elected day, the pramaana of Dwadasi and Sravana nakshathra should be more than half of Dina (day) Pramaana.

VISHNU PANCHAKA VRATA (Vishnupanchakavrata)

Fasting (as per norms) for five specific days every month to seek the blessings of Bhagawan Vishnu. The specific days are..

Ekaadasi days (2);
on the full moon day (Pournami);
on the new moon day (Amavasya);

The five days listed constitute the monthly Vishnu Panchaka Vrata. Observing these is believed to remove sins and bring spiritual peace. This vrata is typically observed for one full year concluding with udyapana.
