Conceptualized to bring out a unified script confined to Sreshta Madhva Yathis, a humble effort has been made targeted at novice segment. There are several subsects/groups among the Madhva Matha and there are eminent Yati personalities in each group/subsect. It may not be possible to cover all of them under one script as it will become highly voluminous.

Therefore, in this exercise, only selective personalities (18 in number including HariDasas) as per the prerana I have received, based on their divinity, historical background, contribution to the society, who are aparoksha jnanis, are covered in brief in this study. Since it is vast in size, narration has been crisped to essential niceties and links have been provided for elaborate details.

Kannada/Sanskrit baraha of information, slokas, lyrics etc. mentioned in this script and illustrations are sangraha from various antarjala sources. My heartfelt gratitude and credits to all those devout who have made it accessible.

Samarpana

Yatha-shakti, Yatha-yogyta, this (Rachana Seva) is the least I (an arbhaka) can afford as a token of my obeisance, gratitude, salutations, a miniscule seva submitted at the lotus feet of the distinguished lineage, Guru parampara, emanated from the glorious Madhva sampradaya founded by none other than Sri Madhvacharya the third incarnation of Lord Vaayu the Mukhyaprana, Hanuma-Bheema-Madhva.

Even this miniature was possible only and only through the Prerana, anugraha and apaara kaarunya of Mantralaya Guru Sarvabhouma Sri Raghavendra Swamy. I am only a nimitta.

This script is useful as a parayana grantha during Aaradhana days of respective Yathigalu. Kindly share and spread the glory of Madhva Matha and its descendants.
